dora xoxo is a hacker on MSP (UK AU and US servers)
She is known for trolling/hacking also she likes to use the threat "Hello child (d)" or "(d)"
When she hacks you she will message you with the threats and take your rares and wear them. She will change your password then change your status and then claim the account as "hers".
Since she is a troller she may not hack you, she might just be trying to scare you or creep you out.
Appearance
Old noob clothing. She will mostly try and look like Dora the explorer, she will have an orange top and brown hair (similar to tipwatch), purple leggings and no shoes or monkey on her shoulder.
