The Dreaded Twins are hackers on UK MSP. Their names are a bit inaccurate, since they are three and should be called The Triplets.
Their first victim was =FluffyPanda= (also known as Fluffy) who told them they are fake and they hacked to earn respect, and to prove they are real.
They change their victim's status to 'Victim ...'
They all look the same and have black hair and clothes and paper white skin.
